Celebrating Our 2026 Jack Petchey Achievement Award Winners

We are thrilled to shine a spotlight on six outstanding young people who have been honoured with the prestigious Jack Petchey Achievement Awards during 2026. Their hard work, passion, kindness and commitment have set them apart, inspiring those around them and making a lasting impact on the Hip Hop Pop community.

Winners:

🌟 Lacey-Mae (15)

Lacey-Mae is the kind of person who makes everyone feel welcome. Whether it's a new student joining class or someone needing a little encouragement, she is always there with a smile. She works incredibly hard, is always eager to learn and continually strives to improve. Her kindness, positivity and willingness to support others make her a fantastic role model at Hip Hop Pop.

🌟 Raayan (13)

Raayan has grown tremendously during his time at HHP and continues to impress us with his determination and drive. He puts genuine effort into mastering every foundation step and never gives up when faced with a challenge. His confidence has flourished, especially on stage, and his resilience and commitment are recognised by teachers and fellow dancers alike.

🌟 Nayana (11)

Nayana brings fantastic energy to every class and is always ready to get involved with a smile. Kind, supportive and encouraging, she helps make Hip Hop Pop the welcoming community it is today. Whether helping another student or simply spreading positivity, Nayana embodies the spirit of teamwork.

🌟 Weyhant (11)

From the moment he joined Hip Hop Pop, Weyhant has brought enthusiasm, energy and a brilliant attitude to learning. He approaches every challenge with positivity and this year took a huge step by performing his very first solo in one of our shows. He absolutely rose to the occasion, and everyone was incredibly proud to see him shine.

🌟 Anaiya (11)

Anaiya's dedication never goes unnoticed. She gives her all in every class and has grown enormously in confidence over time. Alongside her own progress, she is always ready to encourage and support those around her. Her positive attitude, kindness and commitment make her a much-loved member of the Hip Hop Pop family.

🌟 Sarah (11)

Sarah Elizabeth is known for being helpful, hardworking and always willing to support others. She arrives at every class ready to learn and consistently demonstrates how much effort she puts into developing her skills. Her dedication, knowledge and willingness to help others make her someone everyone enjoys having in class.

Each of these young people perfectly represents the values celebrated by the Jack Petchey Foundation: hard work, passion, kindness and a dedication to making a positive difference. Their achievements remind us of the transformative power of the arts and the incredible impact that commitment, perseverance and teamwork can have.

Thanks to the generous support of the Jack Petchey Foundation through these Achievement Awards, Hip Hop Pop has been able to invest in storage, new technology, studio space, guest choreography and much more. These investments have helped us create even more exciting opportunities for our dancers to learn, perform and grow, ensuring we can continue delivering the very best experiences for our community.

We are incredibly proud of Lacey-Mae, Raayan, Nayana, Weyhant, Anaiya and Sarah, and we can't wait to see what they achieve next, both in the studio and beyond.
