Do you watch shows, TV, or go to events and just admire dancers? Everyone does! But do you look at them and analyse how each move is done—or wish you were them? That used to be me before I joined Hip Hop Pop.

I was only young, but I always recall myself wanting to dance around—even if it was just in the middle of a shop. I tried ballet and it was good, but nothing compared to the community and family of Hip Hop Pop.
As I entered my first class, I was nervous and shaky. I didn’t know anyone. I was alone. However, the teacher was so welcoming and understanding that I felt comfortable to just be myself and enjoy the class to the fullest. All my peers were so kind.
My love for dance has grown and grown for around 10 years and is still growing. I started my dance experience knowing absolutely no one, and now I have a countless number of friends for life. Hip Hop Pop has opened a whole different future for me. I now couldn’t see my life without dance involved—and that’s all thanks to Hip Hop Pop caring about their students’ lives and experiences.
I used to be shy and quiet, but now I’m more confident in myself and in speaking to others in the Hip Hop Pop community. That is thanks to Hip Hop Pop believing in me and showing me I can be a successful dancer. Hip Hop Pop is a part of me and will always be a part of me. It’s addictive—like sugar! There are an unlimited number of role models, including the owners, who are so welcoming and unbelievably kind.

I would recommend that young people join Hip Hop Pop because it helps them to develop and find themselves. They can connect with their emotions through their dance moves—whether they’re feeling joyful and energetic, or more thoughtful and reflective. They can express all of that through different dances and movements, expanding their dance knowledge while having the best time of their life.
I’m sure they would also love to show off their new skills to their friends and family after their wonderful time at Hip Hop Pop. If Hip Hop Pop has drawn you in, make sure to book a free trial and see if it’s for you or your young one. I hope you have a momentous time—just like I have!

I recommend Block Blast to anyone who likes calm games with a sneaky challenge. You’ll be smiling when a block fits just right to clear multiple lines.
