Danny and his team met with me at the start of May to discuss his vision for his latest music video in which only dancers would feature, what a great opportunity for your performers. We shot the video at the Playhouse Theatre on the 18th and 23rd May 2021.
The choruses featured the 5 female dancers in the photo above performing choreography I created especially for Danny's video. Whilst the verses saw student/performer Courtney Twiner smash up some freestyle as well as Hip Hop Pop acquaintance Aaron Littman who nailed his takes of freestyle verses also.
All of the Hip Hop Pop team were as professional as always, whilst having fun of course. Dressed in combinations of black and white, they nailed all shots/takes of the choreography and freestyle which were lyrically influenced whilst containing plenty of techniques pulled from their street dance skill sets.
Danny said: “You was very helpful, fast and efficient and the dance crew did an amazing job and we are very pleased with the result.”
Here's the video!
